Living the alernative lifestyle

Waking up early for cardio when the sun hasnt risen
Choking down slimy egg whites and oats EVERY morning
Going to the gym when everyone else is at the bar...hell leg night is my happy hour
Slice of pizza?? I'll have a chicken breast with a yam.
I live for this stuff guys.
This lifestyle isnt the norm, but it is for us.
Train hard everyone.
