I'm going to go out on a limb and say no.

I'm pretty sure the day ufc fighters start pulling that ppv demand crap like (cough,cough..some boxers) you'll see them get rail roaded and black balled out the ufc to get humbled elsewhere.

Dana seems to like to run a "hey i'm paying you guys well, so shut up" camp....from what I gather from thoughts on how he pays his guys.

I'm glad forrest got PAID nice cheddar also....dude is nothing special but is a poster boy for what hard work, determination and just simply TRYING can get you one day. Good for him and rampage...both cool dude imo.

Dana has stated that guys like Liddell & Andersen are getting a piece of the PPV.  I was just wondering if Forrest had negotiated a simila deal...

I thought Forest got $100,000 and $150,000 for the win...totallying 250,000 dollars?! I really dont think he had a base salary more than Rampage Jackson (the champ).

I'd doubt it since he was still considered a sub-par fighter even after the shogun fight (that's changed now). If he can defend his belt successfully I'm sure he'd get a bigger slice of the pie.

He's a good guy and deserves the accolades. Perseverance paid off.
