We have Chris Faildo, Milos Sarcev and our very own Disgusted with their own Q&A threads, if you have any questions about training, nutrition, contest prep, just swing on by and ask them, they have been really helpful and responsive to alot of posters already!

Keep in mind, it is the Positive Board, no flaming, insults, name calling, etc...

I have to say this is a great thing to happen to GetBig. The flaming, violence, insulting and gayer than jokes are all hilarious but the reason most came here in the first place was to talk to pros, learn how they train and eat etc. Good work
