i am the most pro gun guy you will ever meet,and i will call "BULLSHIT" on this all day long.
the man just wants the requirments to own a gun to get a little more harsh which is good,not everybody needs to own a gun.
hell the last 3 guns i bought took less than 20 minutes for me to walk into the store do the paperwork and leave with a gun,kinda scary if you think about it.
