what are you running as a rebound cycle to gain some mass with ?
Not what I am running as opposed to what I am eating and how I am training. A lot of guys take a bunch of time off, get off all gear, eat like shit and wonder why they feel and look like crap after a show. I admit, have gone that route in the past. So far, feel amazing and will slowly starting to ramp up the training.
Just adding in more calorie dense foods back into my diet. Cottage Cheese, yogurts, grains, sauces, ice cream (kidding!)....
