We are talking about Craig Titus.  Bodybuilder, Businessman, Mastermind.  Don't count the Craigster out yet.  He's maneuvering Kelly back out onto the bricks.  Next comes the appeal.  Don't be shocked to see Craiggers with a fat endorsement contract and doing The Ironman by 2012.  You heard it here first.

No.  Actually, I'm wearing your Dad's Bathrobe and Slippers, reading his Newspaper at the breakfast table while your Mom is underneath the table tending to my genitalia.

Ummm, there's no appeal when you strike a plea bargain.

Depends. If the plea bargain specifically states no appeal there is no appeal (of course you COULD still appeal, but most likely thrown out).

Not all plea deals have the no appeal clause. In fact a LARGE majority of plea bargains end up on appeal becuase the idiot that took the deal (usually a pretty good deal) does not like jail once they are there and want to roll the dice at trial-but those types of apeals fail about 99.9% of the time.

Yea, Bruser, I've been told that if anyone can beat this rap or benefit from it or come out smelling like a rose - it will be Titus. Any of you guys who know him well feel this way.

Tommywishbone ????? Did you know him well enough to offer an intelligent comment?

PS.... What ever happened to CHRIS KADLECHECK?

Ummm, it's referred to as "entering into a plea agreement", not "strike a plea bargain".  Ummm, in Nevada both the conviction and subsequent sentencing resulting from a plea agreement can be appealed based on such legal questions as the constitutionality of the sentence, sentencing guidelines, competence of attorney, post-conviction discovery of exculpatory evidence, etc.  Ummm, your mother sucks dead doggy dicks.

Not if they waive an appeal Einstein (the one exception is attorney competence, which is the fogged mirror test).

Appeal what?  Craig plead guilty and wasn't tried.  Don't know that you can easily appeal that, since it isn't a conviction by the court.  Besides if Craig competes in 2012, he will be 48 years old.  Doubt he can do much damage on the IFBB circuit at that age.

The only endorsement Craig might get is one for his "How I did it" tell-all book.  If all the pro-bodybuilding fans buy it, it should sell 10 or 20 copies at least.   ;D

Maybe bbing.com could sponsor his way onto a Master's win, ala Chicardillo.....

Maybe you could be smart enough to see that BB.com wasn't a sponsor at all....probably not, though.

I doubt the smell of a tasered, and charred body has worn off yet. Even with the repeated showers Craig has been taking in the prison. And for once, I do not mean "golden showers" when I use the term. :D

Very cool of the promoters to let them do the webcast for free, eh?

2006 was a good year.

IFBB Advisory Notice: Masters Pro Show Scheduled For April 15, 2006!
By: Press Releases

We have not had a Masters quite like this in some time. This year we have a lot to look forward to as Bob Cicherillo and many others will compete for the title of Masters Champion in New York, NY April 15, 2006. Check it out.

While we do not know what the starting lineup will be it is a guarantee you will not be disappointed. After seeing Bob at the 2006 Boise Fitness Expo at only one week out from the Master's it is no doubt going to be a great show.

 IFBB Answers With Masters Competition:

There has been criticism in the bodybuilding circles that there has not been an event to showcase the IFBB Master's Competitors in quite a while now. Well, the IFBB has heard your calls, and there will be an event in April 2006 in New York. It will be cool to see which competitors will show up to again be a part of the best.

Happens in the MAJORITY of the plea bargain cases where more than a year or two is handed down.....

Excuse me, 240, I don't see the relevance to Craigster Titus.  Let's not derail the thread?
