Sci-fit is the only brand that works for me.........I tried every type of creatine I could get my hands on, none of it worked until I tried the Sci-fit brand Kre-Alkalyn.

Good stuff.
I don't really care what some studies claim. They can be manipulated. Being a former competitor and having trained for over 30 years seriously, I definitely know when something works. Even my girlfriend's been asking me if I'm on something. I just have a fuller look.

eh, too scared to mess with PCT and my body's own test levels.  I'm 32 and still get a woody when Victoria Secret commercials come on.  I'm too scared to mess with that magic.  I talk to other guys my age who are on viagra or whatever due to test dropoffs or blood circulation issues... I fear that.

Day 3 of the creatine... I'm still one windy dude.  arms and shoulders popping though, I'm very happy.  Taking it with juice each time.
go on hrt and your set

I haven't used creatine in almost a year.  Started it again this week.  Wow, it tears the belly up.  I forgot about this side effect.   :(

I thought this thread was going to be about roid bellies.  :-[

I heard good stuff aboul Kre-alkalyn. Nver tried it but I trust it more that Chinese lead enhanced ethyl-ester
This causes bloat 100%.  No difference from regular creatine monohydrate.  I've tried both.  Creabloat face through and through.

Yeah, I know several guys that are in their mid 20's, screwed up from overly long, high dose steroid cycles. Went through long periods of no libido, depression, no energy. Some will probably need HRT for the rest of their life. But..they can say they were once Big.

why do they say "once" they were big? why did they come off and get smal? why would they do high dosed cycles for long periods of time if they didnt plan on staying on and competing ?

Really? I haven't seen that anywhere near like on regular creatine. Was it the Sci-fit or EFX brand, although that shouldn't make a big difference. I know  female fitness competitors on it that aren't bloating from it.

Half the guys in the gyms on juice never compete. How many shows have you been in?
Do you ever plan on entering one?  You think people should stay on juice forever..and not worry about their altered HDL or LDL levels? Guess I'm more health conscious that most of these guys.

yeah, that scares me.  I have clients and konw folks form the boards who juiced at 19, were legendary at 22, and having all sorts of issues by age 28.  Once you tell your body "I don't need the testes to produce test anymore" you can't jumpstart them.   They stay on until their receptors are shot, they take breaks when they absolutely have to.  And then their prostate blows up, they lose hair, and a shitload of other things.  The shot receptors are bad too... even small HRT doesn't work - they have to get the advanced stuff because the nut patch won't kick in for many of them.

It's sad.  I admire the young users for their courage and drive to be superman so young... but they should definitely research where they'll be in ten years.  Cause for many, it ain't pretty once you alter hormone functions.

AST makes a good micronized monohydrate and the bloat and upset stomach are almost gone.

You be careful man.  I admire you for your drive, your politics, and your deep introspection, but I do worry about where you'll physically be in ten years.  Talk to guys that were insanely big at 20, when they're 30... many choose to 'size down', but the truth is that many have had scares, many can't afford HRT anymore, and many of them have a doc straight up tell them that test treatment is dangerous for whatever reason.

You're not invincible.  What's important at age 20 won't matter to you at all by the time you're 30.  Just looking out. peace.

That's false. Testosterone doesn't stop working. There's no reason that standard HRT won't make you feel normal, as normal as any hypogonadal person getting on HRT, if you have cycled steroids previously.
