Adequate weight & strong: Normal man or bodybuilder

Morbidly obese & strong: Powerlifter

1. If some trained to get a new 750lb raw bench or something i would be so much more impressed.

2. I have not seen one 1000+ plus bench with a proper lockout. It seems some idiot screams and then everyone cheers and the lift is given.

3. I am all for equipped lifting though why not have proper rules like lockouts etc.

4. I wish every federation implemented a pause on the rep.
