thats the easy part. you have to build a case that you can present to a lawyer. in kings's case he wanted to press charges on 'defamation of charactor'. the hard part is getting the evidence that can be used. if you've never been on getbig its not that easy to search through thread after thread. king had a great case, but it wasnt worth it to go through. scaring the ever living shit out of you was(you will deny that, but you know you were). had this case been presented today, after recent law suits of the same nature. 240 or bust would have turned into 240 is fucked.

Queen Tamali had NO case.

He is a public figure and as such he has a MUCH HIGHER standard of proof for a defamation claim, and the things 240 was ripping Tamali on were mostly "opinion" comments and not subject to a defamation claim.

And besides, even if Tamali DID have a case-where the fuck is that twit going to get $50K+ to engage in a lawsuit-he is still living at home with his fucking Mom and Dad for crying out loud.

How many affidavits would it have taken for 240 to prove it would've been impossible to damage the other man's 'reputation'?

I got with a lawyer back then, and he laughed out loud at the case... public figure, and the damage his own reputation after he wished AIDS on message board members, to go after a small time web designer in FL.

The advice I was given was to go at him harder, only use gimmicks to do it
