I don't give a fuck if a guy wears a clown outfit at the gym or else. As long as they don't stay right in front of the DBs rack doing lateral raises for hours.
Kid in my gym just joined.
has shoulders like a bud bottle.
Asked how to get broad shoulders...i told him...asked advice from every single otehr person in the gym. Told him not to worry just eat lotsa nd it will come though limited by structure etc.
asked evry single person for teh best split routine...its kinda funny asked my friend then ran to me asked me and vice versa lol
kid does shoulders every single day for an hour then will do summat else then back to shoulders.
I would say im a friendly helpful guy in gym always offer and give spots etc...courteous dont hog equitment or weights etc...i always try to help in anyway i can...this kid drove me to madness almost lol
lucky an older more patient guy has been helping him out and he seems to have structure now...so pointlkess a story tho had to rant lol
great kid nice polite etc...just hasnt a fooking clue
