So im just warming up squats when i looked over and saw this Pakistani kid( loading the bench with 35lbs a side) 5ft 8, 150lbs, wearing lifting gloves.................o r so i thought!!
When i walked past him to the water fountain i noticed they werent regular gloves he was training in!!!!!.....

These gloves had UFC printed on them!!!

Fuck the water fountain i thought, i ran past that straight for the door, out the gym into my car and outta there!!!
Phew,, i had a lucky escape from that killing machine

You forgot about traps.  Standing in front of the dumbell rack doing shrugs.  Which is gayer than any type of gayer than behaviour, idea, topic, or post.  It's right up there with doing dumbell curls in front of the dumbell rack too.

lol, Nasser is alive and well.  There was more sarcasm in that email than in his claims at certain events that he eats 20,000 calories a day    The guy forgot to include the part of the email that said his credit card was not processed.
