Last week I bought 4 boxes of Pro-Hormones to get before the almighty ban and to my surprise today I opened my package and got.
4 Gaspari cytolean boxes instead of 4 IDS Ripped Tabs (Pro Hormone Winstrol and Pheraplex)- (Works great to add to test/tren at the close end of cycle).
So I hop on the phone and try to speak to the owner of the company I bought my boxes from. The secretary proceeds to tell me that the owner is out and she will take a message and call me back. 5 Hours pass and nothing. I write them a Email and got a wack response. ( Now you have to understand before I ordered this product I called them, and "Chaz", the owner, assured me he had 4 Ripped Tab Boxes, and they should arrive here within this week. )
So my email was the following:

Today I picked up my order and the shipping was great. Quickness was awesome, products were packaged good, but just one thing went wrong.
I happened to get 4 boxes of Gaspari Cytolean, which are completely different then IDS Ripped tabs. I tried calling you guys earlier and they informed me I had to talk to chaz directly. They took down a message and told me Chaz would call me back. But anyway, i haven't talked to you guys sense so I thought it might be easier writing a email? How do you do refunds and whatnot on wrong products?

I talked with the rep at my warehouse and he assured me that those were identical products. They are sold out of the other stuff. Why not try it and see if you get the results you want. If you don't -no harm no foul. I'll fix it.
Now what in the flying FUCK kind of response is that. First of all there completely different products, one is a fucking methylated steroid, the other is a OTC thermogenic fat burner. Second what kind of fucking company does this, what the fuck can I do to bring there asses down or get my refund?

I email guy telling him I got wrong order he tells me to try it out anyway there same thing.
