You need to get a bit of a lean back going on. knees bent, body should be parallell to the ground with arm placed out straint behind you to the ground support you.... and thrust upwards and downwards. advandced pupils can attempt a forward jump.... but this has a high degree of dificulty and should be practiced a lot before attempting it in the clubs.
