Candizzle, how exactly did you manage to lose all that weight?

well, it wasnt to hard to go from obese to athletic.
a normal diet for me before i started that first fat loss diet, was something like this
breakfast = 8 scrambled eggs and some bacon with hash browns and cheddar cheeese sprinkl;ed al over the whole plate. a glass of orange juice as well.
lunch = a super sized value meal with a large soda of some kind and maybe and extra order of fries and one extra hamburger from the dolar menue
mid afternoon snakc = bowl of ice cream and beef jerkey
dinner = large pepperonie pizza and bread sticks
late night snakc = bag of doritos !

so basically what i did was cut most of my carbohydrates, started doing AM cardio on an elleptical...and in about 5 months i had a regular shaped mid section and girls finally started to pay atention to me
