Although I don't plan on ever trying it, I am interested in how/why insulin can add 40lbs of muscle on someone.While we're at it, Milos, would insulin be of any use to powerlifters, etc....someone looking for strength gains only?

i take supplemental zinc&magnesium at breakfast, fish oil with every meal, whey/casien protein shakes before and after training, and melatonin before bed.
I like it but why the zinc/mag at breakfast? Do you feel a bit sleepy in the mid morning taking magnesium?I wish I could get melatonin still but alas its banned downunder
Have you Carb cycled? If so, how long did you try it and what were the results compared to what you do now? What were your rotation days and Carb load like?
if i have a question; i go to two guys...one is vanbilderass, the other is usmokepole. both of them are super knowledgeable and very helpful. i would say vanbilderass is the "guru", and usmokepole is my fav mod.
