ALR hyperdrive 3.0
« on: July 12, 2008, 11:10:50 PM »
anyone tried this??? i got a bottle the other day and not really sure about it. it doesn't give me a huge boost of energy but i struggle to eat while on it which is good while dieting, i mean i really have to force down some meals. it does make me feel a little weird though and makes my pupils huge like i was on amphetamines or something, this makes me a little worried. the past few days Ive been taking them, although no huge energy boost (i wouldn't use them for cardio or workouts like i do eca) its like i constantly have to be stimulated, i cant relax and do the same thing for too long, even watching TV I'm constantly changing the channel.

ALR has the credibility of Goodrum. I'd stay away from their garbage.

Creatine and whey are good.

Most everything else out there beats up on your system for no good reason.

McGriddles

You know, lately I've been moving away from mcgriddles.

instead I've been trying the Deluxe big breakfast.

Eggs, sausage, 3 pancakes, hash brown, and a biscuit.

I feel it's helping tremendously.  I'm deadlifting over 400 again.  The high sodium content has me drinking over a gallon of water a day.

speak on it.  I mean, also a multivitamin, CE for antiox, and fish oil for heart circulation... those don't count... they should be automatic for everyone.

what supplements do you swear by?  Glutamine for joints, maybe?  waxy maize for the post workout, I can give you that.  What else am I missing?

I'm a calorie burning machine.  4000 is the daily goal.
