theres a difference between having a gut like you speak of and having a protruding stomach due to the fact hes probly eating 7000 calories a day right now. it doesnt matter how slim you look, if you pack away that much food you are going to have a full stomach. its just the off season. this is when he is eating the most.

Every bodybuilder has a gut

It's just that Wolf's isn't as bad due to his genetic structure and perhaps his response to insulin.

but he is still eating alot right now. plus he is holding alot of water. as his calories go down and he starts losing his water his gut will get smaller...his waist is still tiny and thats what really matters. the pros run into trouble when there waists get out of hand and wolfs is clearly not

Lee Haney became pro in 1982 I believe. His first Mr. O (1983) he came in Third or fourth I believe and the following year he won it. Dorian became pro in 1990 I believe and his first Mr. O (1992) he came in 2nd and the following year he won it (almost won it THAT year though).

My point was that they were judged on what they brought to the table. Not on paying their dues. They both won their first Mr. O by their second Mr. O. That kind of stuff seems to be unheard of these days. It took Cutler how many years to overthrow Ronnie and how many years for anyone to overthrow Dorian. The man had to retire for that to even happen.
