Has anyone tried those new "Redline" or "Redline Extreme" energy drinks? Are they good for a per-workout drink?
What else is good to use?

As far as energy drinks…
I love the ABB Speed Shots.
But use caution if your body is overly sensitive to high amounts of caffeine
(I’ll consider 250mg high since that’s the amount in one).They’re only 8oz, non-carbonated, not bad tasting, and not loaded with sugar.
Also, if you drink some kind of protein shake before your workout, consider adding some instant coffee to that. If you like coffee you’ll probably like the taste, and you’ll get a bit of caffeine for energy that way.
