One more thing, really good work, I would focus on delts, more lateral rises, they are a weak point now, also Obliquus, I would try to make them stronger and then get the V form contracting them. Anyway, congratulations for your great work

Dude. Before reducing your carb, you have to train hard.I know how you train and your training is racking the hardness.Being skinny and cut is very easy. But being big and cut is difficult. Get it?
Well i'm training cycling more than anything for my job (spinning), 7 hours per week of hard aerobics (160 ppm on average and relax i'm on 45...). It's hard then to train more weights . Anyway, MUCH MORE PROTEIN!!! I'm almost all day eating protein, and carbs, around 100 is enough now
that's what i mean so man, i train shit because aerobics take all my energy, but now i'm much better since i'm taking 300-400gr of proteins!!!! Hope will increase my strenght training again. one question, are u training 3 hours the intensity u use to??? Or more rest times?
