Wow, its  incredible how strong this guy is for looking rather normal. He must have some special genes. Wanna see him in powerlifting, he would probably destroy all records.

he is pushing with his hands also. i saw an idiot the other day load up 1400 pounds and do something similar. he didn;t  use his hands to push but he put the seat up and then crossed his arms across his chest so he could get alittle bit of bounce off of his arms when his legs hit them.. ::)

Yes it looks like the people who comented were trained at getbig posting school, very well done.

That machine is for girls anyhow. Creep looked to have very little actual leg development.

We had the same machine in my last gym, they are not real legpress it's much easier to press
a lot of weight with this one.
