Bob chick says that if you eat food that isnt out of the earth or an animal at the time you eat it ...like picking a fruit off a tree or eating off the carcas of a dead cow....then your not natural...
The reason he said that is because too many people have a floating definition of what "natural". To most, "natural" means no steroids, HGH, insulin, clenbuterol, or thyroid drugs.
But, then you get in the gray area of certain over-the-counter supplements like prohormones and certain fat-burners. Some people think you aren't natural if you take those.
One poster claimed that, to him, you're not natural if you use anything other than vitamins and protein powder. But, I told him about my overhearing a freshman football player criticizing a teammate for using weight gainer (along with his meal) to put on size, actually stating that he doesn't use stuff like that, for fear of testicular atrophy.
That is not a misprint. This guy actually believe that Joe Weider's Sugar-Free Big (the gainer in question) would cause his nuts to shrink.
There are people that think that ANYTHING you use, other than regular food, to get big, puts you out of the "natural" category. With that said, the WNBF addresses its policy and puts, in no certain terms, what it believes categorized someone as a natrual competitor. It's a list that gets revised periodically, as new and controversial supplements hit the market.
Bascially, all prohormones are out, even DHEA, which you can buy in the grocery store. Anything that can put your T:E ratio above 6:1 is a no-no. Or, more specifically, if your T:E is greater than 6:1, you get DQed, regardless of what caused it.
