very simple,,the only thing that matter at the buttom line is the hormones you have a hold on and by that i mean human grades or vet,,nothing is as important as the hormones and this is not seminalrs for losing weight for 230lb women ..i let my friend mishko deal with those ,,this is getbig and gh15 is here for one and only one reason and it is hormone related truth,,
no hormone = no milos,,,no hormones = no no one,,i can make an average jo competetive bodybuilder on 3 meals a day and uncle sams pre made rice rathe rthan brown rice,,we didnt know nothing in the 60s and 70s about nutrition ,,we ate good ,,sergio ate spam for god sake,there was no extra lean 7% beef then they had to drain it ....there was the 3 meals you are all used to and yes 6-10 meals is better but that wont make the fdiff you see now days,,,all those bnonesense is for making money and seminars and video tapes

from the first day i steped into the agreement to be on getbig it was for hormone truth only and shall stay this way,,,i do help with diet when it comes to prep and i do claim that any one can find his and her training in the gym it doesnt take rocket science to builg good physiqe ,,the only thing that you are lacking to look like milos and chris are the drugs and the consistancy in using them for 10-20 years
anyone on drugs hormones for 2-5 years can win local and compete national ,,,being a pro is having the luck and muscle shape and showing up at the right time to get that pro card,,that includes not scrweing up last 2 days
