personally i think Shawn was a far better physique than Dexter, more mass, better legs by far, smae conditioning, what do you think?

215-218 last contest. Dex has never competed at 235.

Shawn was in his prime at 210 not 215

Dexter has always been in the 230 marker, atleast from contest commentary and from his own mouth.

Dexter obviously has more mass but Shwan had better shape and overall conditioning. He made 210 look 230 anyway.

I second that.  When Shawn was in shape I wanted to look like him, Dexter not so much.

Shawn. But it's not as though Dex has a shittier physique. I just think that Shawn was more aesthetic, even though he had weaknesses.

No way Dex 220 max, You do realize that Ronnie won the Olympia at 244-245 in 2002 and he is 3-4 inches taller then Dex. Don't believe what you read. This year at the Ironman when people got weighed they were fully clothed, heavy sweaters and boots and before they draw another 6-10 pounds of water, which all in all the official weigh in were even off by 15 pounds. Don't think Shwan out massed Dex but they were very close in size.
