"Hello again fellow BBers! After a long hiatus (I'm still out in the sandbox, and ran into a very busy point in my deployment and I had nowhere to safely work out) I'm back and more ready than ever! I go home in less than 2 months! After resuming my workout plan, my fat has just magically returned down to my previous levels when I was hardcore in the gym and my muscles have returned back to their size also ALONG WITH SOME EXTRA DEFINITION!!! I'll take some pics tonight after my shoulder arm workout if I can find my $700 camcorder I'm noticing a LOT more vascularity regardless, I have a vein running from my knuckles to my shoulder (it's actually kinda creepy but in a good way) My MAIN goal is to do an absolute all out FAT loss. I'm currently on my loading phase of my workouts and the muscle growth is ASTOUNDING (possibly also linked to my switch to Isopure?) I am doing approx 15 mins of interval training after my workout. I'd really like to do it in the morning but I dont have enough clothes to do it that way (laundry here has a 2-3 day turnaround)
So, as a special favor I need from ya'll. I'd like to know what cardio worked best for ya'll on your cuts.
ALSO, I was so confident with my fatloss and muscle growth when I was home that I PROPOSED TO MY NOW FIANCE! YAY! Maybe I was too stoked about it, she's now got a ring worth about $8000 on her finger. Oh well! She was so proud of me, and SHE WANTED TO SHOW ME OFF, that when I wasn't riding my bike and wearing full gear, she made me strut a black wife beater around because she said my shoulders and arms were "godly" and she made me wear a black wife beater nearly the entire time I was home on leave. She said that the sex also progressed from "great" to "INSANE" because she said I acted like a total beast in the bedroom and turned her into a ragdoll (I'm thinking the 17-hydroxy-mesterone may have also played a part in it ) And she couldn't keep her hands off my arms.
I ran into an old female "friend" (that I nearly dated, but she wouldn't commit because I was large) and she couldn't believe how I looked, she worked at the bike shop and I ordered some new grips and she STOLE MY PHONE NUMBER OFF THE COMPUTER DATABASE AT THE SHOP!!! and called me inviting me over to her place so she could "make up to me" SHE LIVES 2 HOUSES DOWN FROM MY FIANCE!!! No no no guys I didn't go over there (she just recently had a kid, blech) and I'm pretty sure that would have messed things up w/ my fiance and all. But I gotta admit it felt good to be "hunted" like that.
I also ran into another female friend of mine who begged me to "roll up my sleeves and flex" for her because we hugged and she felt my biceps against her LOL. She just kept grabbing and grabbing on it and feeling me up saying nothing but "wow" and "holy shit" She told me that if Jenna and I ever split that I would need to definitely give her a call, that she'd make herself "wide open" (with a wink) for me.
THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!! WTF is up with people? Those were my first interactions with civilian women since having begun my transformation and the difference was NIGHT AND DAY! Absolutely absurd. My head has never been so swollen in my life. I had girls offer to get me drinks WHILE HOLDING MY FIANCE'S HAND when I was at a Trust Company concert. I aint even 21:P BUT I WILL BE WHEN I GET HOME FROM MY DEPLOYMENT WOOT!
