my brother saw deicide around the same time,said Eric was walkin through the crowd with a scowl on his face and everyone just moved outta his way haha.Deicide were playing Milwaukee metal fest in the early 90s and El Duce from The Mentore came onstage when they were playing makin fun of them and eric gave him a full force shoulder from behind knocking him into the monitor.He got up and turned quickly to become a gutless coward after realizing it was Eric hovering over him haha

As far as death metal goes Mortician, Six Feet Under, Deicide, and Jungle Rot are about as shitty as it gets. I think if you're just getting into that stuff you should start with the Swedish shit like At the Gates and early In Flames.
