first off im 25 years old-dunno how u came up w/ 23 ::)
yes i have been a pt for a while...its not that hard...study, go to the seminar... take a written and practical test and pass! wow!
yes i do construction from time to time...but not recently...but i will prob go back to doing that soon
i use no gimmicks currently so sorry pal

Your questions are so babyish that even a newbie to training knows more..
