What is the Best Advice You've Ever Gotten on GetBig?

Could be training related or related to your personal life.

For me it was when I would get severe stomach cramps when training abs and somebody here on GetBig suggested I stop taking my multi-vitamin, that it could be causing an electrolyte imbalance. Guess what? I stopped and within a few months my ab training was unimpeded!

That all blacks are criminals.  That Jews caused all of the wars.  Asians are bad drivers.  That the Germans where right.

See DonkeyDong, you need to read between the lines.

The advice is to stay away from blacks and not trust them.  Don't let a Jew near your wallet or country or weapons,  Drive carefully in asian infested areas and visit germany in the summer.

For me, the best piece of info was GH15 uber simplification of gaining muscle : eating to bulk and the test deca dianabol secret to mass.

Not to do cardio because you will lose your bones or to not brush your teeth because of the carbs  ;D
