now its not loose like that there,a little more muscle to fill it in,  but my lower back and oblque area is a lttle bit soft

All I have too say Candi, is you should be proud of your accomplishments. Nobody can deny them. People may talk shit, but probably only the ones who look like shit. I would think that anyone in shape, and knows what it is like too remain conditioned year around would appreciate your accomplishments.

Chad N was a big dude, 6 years ago.  I don't know how he's looking these days.

I work with a few bbers who are very good nutritionists.  It's mainly the elite guys - the patrick arnolds, vic contes, the hanys, etc... they look like regular guys but can custom cook an undetectable mix in their bathtubs at a moment's notice.

youl find youl have to kill your self to get them soft spots to tighten up,, with me it was lower back... once youve got your self fat its hard work to get rid of those tricky deposits, thats when u wish u never let your self go so far in the 1st place....
