Here some pics taken after cardio 7 weeks out till canadian nationals. SO far so good on the diet its really tough but im holding up. Hopefully get some feed back

Very nice, balanced physique. As for your weaknesses, there aren't many, and you look like you know what they are.
Looks like you're pretty much on the mark for 7 weeks out.

Hamstrings from the side are actually my strong point it just needs to be contest time then you can see what i mean ill attach some pics from my last contest
