Hummy, unless the rules were recently changed, you cannot compete in any NPC national event unless you are a US citizen. If I'm wrong Bob will clarify it.

Still surprised that a foreign athlete entered  and won the LA though. I thought that was definitely a NO - NO! But Jon Lindsay is more knowledgable that I am so I have to assume that I am in error.

I'm definitely not against his winning. I simply think that the rules should be adhered too, but none of the athletes appear to be complaining so I must be wrong someplace here.
