Very impressive but why'd he compete in that if he can't compete in the USA? Can he compete in the nationals?

last year Denis Sergovskiy, a Russian national, won the super-heavyweight class of the NPC Los Angeles Championships.   Was then given a pro card in the IFBB.    My guess is they'll be announcing Ahmad has received one too.
