This is pretty flat for me...I did a carb up on Wendsday and by Thursday was filled out at 183 lbs...Same look I have here except just was fuller, especially back and chest...

waterly? Or watery? Ya but thats fine 6 days out. HE will hit what he needs to diuretic wise the last few days most likley since he doesnt have bf to worry about. Hes right on target

There will be no diauretics used...I flatten out from the smallest amount...My main thing is being able to carb up and diauretics make that harder to do...I am water loading right now and we will decide when to cut back later in the week...

Thanks guys...Believe me im pretty flat...When I fill out my muscles will be a lil rounder, back will be thicker...Im really hoping I can squeeze into the top 5 but the lineup this year is pretty ridiculous a guy could place 4 or 10th...Solid all the way through...Im excited though and as long as I look improved on stage ill be happy...
