from the Quebec Provincial 2 weeks ago

Dave Mitchelll (first place heavies) and Antoine (second place heavies)
both are training partners, Dave is 23 I think and Antoine 20 years old

that's a fucking nice picture

I saw the 1st pic of antoine and was impressed....but when i stroll down and saw Phil's pic....well.......the difference (mostly the arms and delts) is a lot.....but hey, they are both freaks to the public

He has still been into bodybuilding for approximately as long as Phil. Him starting at a later age would not mean a great difference between the physique he has now and the physique he would have had if starting at the same age as Phil and training for as long as him. He will never be as good as Phil. He is excellent, not extraordinary.

Looking like that is extraordinary compared to his peers at 20. Looking like that compared to Phil Heath makes him excellent, with no real chance of becoming extraordinary, since both him and Phil has been at BBing for about the same time. Phil Heath just has better genetics.
