Animal Omega is designed to be a full spectrum, balanced EFA supplement. It's a solid formula.

interesting,

I usually take it with my post workout meal. I take Animal Pak in the morning for breakfast.

Certain types of fibers can "bind" to fats, thereby increasing the risk that they'll pass through without absorption. It's also the theory behind chitosan, for those of you who remember.

In the grand scheme of things, will it make a huge difference? Probably not. Still, I tend to be a stickler for details. I still take EAAs alone, without anything else, for example.

it's one of the only products with both Omega 3's and Omega 6's in it but it's a little pricey condiering you only get 30 packs.
