Man I was watching "ripped to shreds" this morning. 2 weeks out Jay was in the mid 270's. 1 week out he was 268lbs.
at showtime he was 245!
I dont know what he or Chris Aceto did, but Jay lost 20lbs of Muscle..not water...but muscle in a weeks time.
Since then, Jay's been competing at 265 minimum and often as high as 275.
