i recently buy frank sepe book Truth...its about diet and training...im seeing good results so far...i saw him at olympia expo in 05, but was too shy to approach...hes in good shape but i notice his chest seems a bit weird

no crush-i wasnt very big at that time(under 200lbs) and it was my first time meeting bodybuilders...he was surrounded by tons of people and i was overwhelmed

It was a smart idea for him to pursue a career as a fitness model, and not continue with bodybuilding as a career. He's had a pretty successful modeling career, and has made far more money as a model than he would have ever made bodybuilding.
