Well, she's no olympic squatter but here's my Sophmore softball player from Long Beach St. 225x10 box squat. She weighs 120lb. Just came back from ACL reconstruction about 8 months ago.








bar is way to high on her back and you can clearly see that she's on the tip of her toes from the second picture

Oh boy, here comes the experts. Ok, so here goes clowns. Since she had ACL surgery, I WILL NOT have her do a touch and go box squat. Goes down, sits rolls front pelvic tilt and back up. Tempo is 4-0-0-1. One- doing that way builds explosive strength, the front pelvic tilt strengens hip flexors and low back, the pause on the bottom (sitting on the box) saves her knees by taking stress off.

Also, doing that way the bar is NOT that high. Schools out. Make sure to do your homework tonight. Especially before making naive comments like that. It's not olympic lifting or bodybuilding.

the bar dont get any higher than that you stupid prick, look at her legs, somone who squats 225x10 properly should have far bigger legs than that, even when doing box squats, she shouldnt be pushing off her toes, coach you are a slimeball.

Its also clear she dosent know what the fuck shes doing by looking at her fucking pathetic body she has attained through your methods.

She's not pushing off he toes dick head, if she was doing that she couldnt do 1 let alone 10. Also "Methodfag" she's a centerfielder throwing all the time. If the bar was down any lower it would cause too much stress by externally rotating cause undue stress on her rotator cuff or labrum. If she wasnt for that, then yes, it would be a little lower.
Have you ever tried squatting with a shoulder injury. Think a little clown!
