Ha! Well, You're being a bit harsh. He may not be bodybuilder huge, but he would stand out in any crowd as someone that works out/lifts - and not in a dilettantish manner, neither. On your side, from what I can see, is a sizable arm but with absolutely no definition. It could be a pic of some granny's arm. Losing a few pounds and increasing your definition would vastly help in these all important internet credibility wars.

If you lost 40 pounds you'd still have 32,5 pounds of fat on your body @ 220 pounds (given that you started from 260 @ your estimate of 28% bf). That would put you at 14,7% bodyfat. When did 14,7% BF = contest shape?

You are hoovering at about 30% bf there, at the ridiculous height of 5'4. Your "10%BF" calculation relies on the premise that you'd not lose any muscle size or water going down. Who are you kidding? You'd be happy to reach 10% BF at 200.

Then, to go further, you'd not be anywhere close to competition shape at 200. You'd probably have to lose at least 75 - 90 pounds to come close to competition shape realistically speaking. That would take you over 1 year drug free if you were to maintain your mass. At sub 200 pounds, you'd not look much bigger than XFACTOR, and it's pretty clear from the pictures that you're one ugly SOB.

So, as long as your fantasy of an alternate reality where you are something you are clearly not makes you happy, then by all means indulge yourself in it. But the reality is that you're a fat fuck that would look way smaller and be at a way lower weight shredded than you'd ever dream of being in. And you'd probably look like a pale dwarf version of Ronald McDonald next to Xfactor.

First off, if I am 5'4 then Xfactor is 5'2.

Second, I am not 30% BF, more like about 25%.

25% BF at 260 = 65#

65#-45#= 20#

20# at 215 is less than 10% BF, close enought to contest shape.
