I did a skin fold and a water/electriaal impulse, BF came out between 25% and 28%.

As for the calculation, that would be without losing anything but BF-true enough.

BUT, IF I were to hit the juice on the diet that would more than compensate for any muscle loss, so even though I would be losing some muscle, I would also gain muscle volume-at least in voulme theory. So I am correct.

No shit Sherlock, I never said I was in great shape, I said upfront I was carrying 25-28% BF.

I am trainign frug free- 6 days a week. I am 10 years PAST my prime.... you are not going to be in good shape your whole life..unless you're Jack Lalanne.

Your whole argument was based upon you doing this drug free, so no, you = wrong.

Like I said, if I did a straight diet with no juice then it would be down to 200#, that would be about 10%.. but that would be losing muscle and 40# of fat.

As for the 5'4, like I said, if I am 5'4 then Xfactor is 5'2 and we know that swimmers are short
