That's along shot.  I saw some property in Canada, and $250,000, for example, doesnt buy s##t vs the Southern states.  Anyway...his crib does look like its' in the $500K range for that market.  Anyway...X is a director in a software firm which is about the same as a girlfriend's dad, and he is pulling $150-$200K yrly...so his lifestyle is reasonable affordable.  Cars, a house, vacations and all that jazz can be gotten on $75K if you manage your dollars.  

I'm trying to unload my home in CO and head to AZ if there are any buyers out there.  $200K in Park Hill.  I'll throw in a gas magnet Jeep in the deal.

Lower Fairfield County has a lot of houses that are just as nice as most Cali houses. I drive by Paul Newman's house every day. Pretty damn nice.
