All the great bodybuilders are known to have a signature pose, or a signature name of some sort that instantly identifys to them...

Ronnie: "Light weight" , "Yeah buddy" , lights out lat spread and the raising the roof hand gestures.

Dorian: The Shadow

Haney: The Awesome One

Zane: Vaccum Pose

Sergio: The Myth, Arms over head pose.

Don't know that Jay has a signature pose. For those of you who've attended contests he's been in, what pose did he end on? That is usually a BB's signature.

That dude is stacked ,thick traps and delts,i preferred his build a few yrs ago when he was more conditioned and had more seperation .he looks too full to the point theres no flow from bodyparts to another.

These are two candidates for his signature. He does them well and they are recognizably Jay.

Actually, do any current pros have signature poses that are recognizable? Can't think of any that I think, "That is Ronnie or That is Derrick" like you used to do with Sergio, for example.
