I'm currently eating 250g/250g/65g C/P/F 2600-2700cals a day. Except for friday then I do a 'low' day 200g carbs, on saturday it's a high day: 350g carbs, followed by sunday a 'low' day 200g carbs to make sure my metabolism won't get used to the caloric intake. I also workout on sunday after the high day to make use of all that extra energy.
I'm doing 1 hour low intensity cardio in the morning every day. I upped my carbs to 250 a day and it has really helped, I am making more progress now. I have clearly lost a bit of fat and actually gained a couple of lbs since upping the carbs. My metabolism must have been shot from always eating 2000-2300cals.
