is hambuger helper good for you????

i love to eat hambuger helper. reading the back of the box, it seems to be ok. no sugar, not much fat, and i make it with groung turkey meat. i also add a can of corn into the finished product. i can get three quick meals out of one box and one pound of turkey. any comments
