Ok let me think:

Fish Oil 8-12 grams per day
CO Q10 100 mg
Vit C 500mg
Selenium 200 mcg
ZMA before bed
Melatonin a few times per week

Ive tried mega dosing the fish oil.  Didnt notice any huge difference though I imagine that it protects the joints.  That is something we all will likely have to deal sooner or later.

i'm taking a regular mutli, ets, and pretty soon fishoil in hopes to help my recovery even more. People swear by fish oil so i'm adding it in.

main thing is how it effects body fat storeage, and body fat recudtion. if i eat around maintanence, i slowly get leaner. if i eat below maintanence, the fat MELTS. if i eat way above maintanece, i dont get fat  :D.

but i also think it helps me grow a little bit faster as well. as least, it seems that way.

Do you buy a special kind, or just whatever is cheaper??  Does quality have an effect on results??
