Weird Cycle Results
« on: July 27, 2008, 09:26:24 AM »
I had knee surgery about a year ago and have been slowly rehabbing it since.  I only recently started seriously working my legs again, including squats.  Man my legs have grown a lot over the last 9 weeks due to muscle memory.

But, here's the weird thing.  The rest of my body has not really responded to this cycle.  It's almost like my legs were so far behind that they took all the excess calories I ingested to grow.

I guess it is what it is, but does that make any sense at all?

I had an ACL reconstruction a little over a year ago.

Your legs are just responding better because they haven't been trained in such a long time. the first 6 months after surgery my legs seemed to grow week by week until they got back to the size they used to be. now the gains are coming much slower.

my right leg is slightly smaller than my left, only because the atrophy my left leg went through due to surgery.
