as with most guys with extra pounds (make that extra extra pounds fer me ) my chinups or pullups are zero/nonexistent. i read about fatman pullups being about the way to go itany ideas?
have you considered killing yourself
wouldn't be able to do pull ups thennow would i !!YEAH
good point. I would recommend simple lat pulldowns or a pullup assist machine to get you started. Reduce the weight assisting over time, have solid nutrition, and cardio cardio cardio. You can also try laying down pullups on a smith machine where you sit at and incline and pull your chest to the bar.
maybe you could lose some weightrevolutionary thinking i know but heydo you think you will be able to make this account more original than the plague of trollingthat is your main account

How much bodyfat do you have, BlueDevil? At 285 I can do 12 strict pullups. Being heavy should not prevent you from doing normal pullups. (I don't have megatons of bodyfat, though, so maybe we are in different boats...)
What's with the eye rolling, asswipe?
about 18 %not having exercised in a while is the biggest problem i guess
lolI never said I had "low bodyfat". I said I don't have "megatons" of bodyfat.I'm 285-287 at 5'10 with bodyfat around 20%. I look like a powerlifter, not a bodybuilder.
