i normally train at inshape. but on chest day i go to 24 hourfitness because it has a decline press bench. i go to CTF every once in a while because alot of my old pals go there, and they also have a awesome hack squat machien there that for somereason is much smoother than any other hack squat ive ever used.

Currently a member at Premier Fitness for 36.00 per month. My rate is locked in for life and I can workout at any one of their franchises across Canada. I've heard horror stories about people trying to get out of their contracts; but, I don't plan on leaving anytime soon. Here is the link for the gym layout:

Is that more of the socialized medical benefits in Canada? In the US to get a YMCA membership costs pretty much as much as you'd pay for a Bally's or Gold's membership (if not more).

You sure? I visited my grandparents and got a week guest past at the local Y and it cost me $5. It was a good gym too

And "NoName Gym", in BFN Cali. $200 for 6 months.

Kind if a rip for what it is, but it's the only game in town.

At $4.35 gas, not going to drive the 60 mile round trip to the closest decent gym four or five days a week...
