Man how things change.  I was so proud of this pic in 2006 but now Phil is a fricken monster and I am well........still me, lol..

I forgot shoes to wear backstage that year and I had to borrow a friends, Thong style flip flops to wear after pre-judging.  I felt like a Jackass in those fricken things.  Never again will I wear them.

Thanks!  I am seeing the surgeon tomarrow I have a partial triceps tear that I need to get fixed so that suckzzzz to say the least.  I have won four NPC overall titles, just local ones.

Richard Jones is cool and thank you divcom.  I remember Jones on the cover of Flex and in the Battle for the Olympia tape he seems really cool.  Confident but not cocky..

No BS.  I remember Phil saying no more pictures with out your shirt on I dont want to see this on Getbig.com, lol.  I waited 2 years so that should be OK.  Hell, he can handle it IFBB pro and 3 time champ.  He was cool as hell and very very nice....  Very humble and soft spoken.
