Obama meeting with Bernanke today at The Fed...

Obama is acting like he's the President already.

First he travels the world and tells arab and european leaders that they will need to contribute more to the war on terror, and they love him for it. 

Then, he reminds General patraeus that while he will value his opinion on Iraq, the CIC makes the final call as to what we do.  (remember kids... the generals don't rule the wars, or we'd have perpetual war).

Now, he is assembling the top economic thinkners in the WORLD this week to assemble a plan to fix the economy.



Of course, McCain is acting presidential too:

Too often, GOP insiders grumble, McCain’s strategy seems simply reactive.

Last week, Obama speaks to 200k in germany, so mccain speaks to 12 in a German fudge shoppe.

On Sunday, Obama announced he’d be meeting with his economic advisers on Monday.
On Monday morning, the McCain campaign announced a conference call with his economic advisers.
