Totally depends on location.  Vegas is going bust with all the buyers that bought too high with sub prime loans.  I have a few properties in Summerlyn and don't know of a very good space like that.  Where is it?

in that second photo, the person who put these things in the middle of the room needs to be fired like now...Imagine walking in front of this thing and taking a ball to the head...I assume these are weighted balls...Nice little lawsuit there...
